| ABSTRACT:In the first part, this paper-which based on the QingHe Forth Bridge-has validly collected the applied background and recent researching situation of Epoxy asphalt concrete. In the second part, ABAQUS finite element software was used to build the Bridge model. And the dangerous position where the loads putted on and the stress affection between layers which under different loads and modulus situations were analyzed and worked out. In the third part, we designed the structure of Epoxy asphalt concrete. We creatively proposed the most appropriate experiment method to Epoxy asphalt concrete’s Stability and Fracturing value. In the fourth part, we designed the structure of SBS modified asphalt concrete as a reference to Epoxy. In the fifth part, epoxy asphalt concrete’s performances in laboratory were tested. First, we researched the law of Epoxy asphalt Concrete under different grading combination, different striking time, and different curing time. And then we studied the strength growth in low temperature. Finally the paper tests it’s bending strength and compared it with SBS modified asphalt concrete. In the last part, base on all the research above, give out the conclusions and the appropriation that Epoxy asphalt concrete could be used as the pavement materials in a cement concrete bridge. |
