Based on the60m in height of slope and the860m in length generous amountgraben expansion project of the contract section303of Hu-hang highway inZhengjiang Province(the founder with blasting from the K85+380to the K86+240inWUzangdai Mountain in Yuyao), technical principle, blasting scheme,blastingparameter, blasting circuit design, practical project blasting construction and safetyprotection measures of the deep hole pressure blasting are described in this paper.Then,the blasting scheme is determined after the efficient theoretical analysis andpractical research being carried out. The construction task is successfully completedafter the constructor’s hardworking during15months and20days, in which55timesblasting are carried out300thousand stere earthwork are accomplished. Theconclusion could be concluded as follows:1. Deep hole pressure controlling blasting technology and construction technologyhave been developed and optimized by using the method combining the theoreticalanalysis computation with the field test. And the rapid safety construction of theexisting highway is realized under normal operation.2. Large gap rate of the deep hole pressure blasting is obviously less than thenormal blasting and the explosive residue is more uniform. What’s more,the cost ofthe gun solution is to be reduced by reducing the secondary gun solution. Thediameter of the explosive residue is smaller and more uniform than the normal deephole blasting,so the safety degree of the blasting is to be improved. There is no gunroot in the bottom of the deep hole pressure blasting after the cinder cleaning.3. The well production quality of Plastic nonel with non-electric induced blastingsystem make sure the success rate of the blasting reaches100percent. 4. The best method of deep hole pressure is the non-coupling volume withexplosivesframe. The pill of consumption of the deep hole pressure blasting of thegraben blasting project is0.4kg/m3and reduced more than20percent than practicalpill consumption of deep hole loosen controlling blasting.5. The vibration of the blasting is relatively lower. Blasting vibration velocityreduces21percent according to the practical measurement of the blasting excavation.Slungshot is to be controlled within20meters. The dust concentration is to be reduced92percent compared to the deep hole loosen controlling blasting according to thepractical test. The blasting construction takes14months and15days, and laborproductivity is presented by work day. Mechanized construction is realized in all theblasting construction except the arrangement of the shot hole, filling pack andexplosives, backfilling jams. The mechanized degree reaches98percent. The grabenproject of the highway innovates the non-steel tube frame bent protection method ofthe highway with high slope. Manpower, material resource and financial resource arelargely saved and the economic effectiveness is obviously. What’s more,the availablesuccessful experience is supplied for the similar projects in the future in this paper.
