The amount of our country automobile is continuously increasing, while the amount of all-wheel-drive vehicle is also continuously increasing, but the automobile integrated performance detecting stations can not detect the power performance for all-wheel-drive vehicle, the existing detecting stations can only detect the single axle drive vehicles. In addition, at home and abroad it had power performance detection devices for all-wheel-drive vehicle, there are two main: the wheelbase constant biaxial double drum type chassis dynamometer and wheelbase variable biaxial double drum type chassis dynamometer. The wheelbase constant biaxial double drum type chassis dynamometer, due to the wheelbase unchanged, can only detect the vehicle which the wheelbase is fixed value, the detection vehicle is single, cannot detect all kinds of all-wheel-drive vehicle, only suitable for some automobile manufacturing enterprise application; while the wheelbase variable biaxial double drum type chassis dynamometer can detect a variety of the wheelbase of the all-wheel-drive vehicle, but it covers a large of area, complex structure, high cost, not suitable for enterprise and inspection station application.According to the development status of the all-wheel-drive vehicle power detection at the domestic and foreign and the testing method of the existing all-wheel-drive vehicle power performance, this paper studies a new method to detect power performance for all-wheel-drive vehicle. This paper research includes mainly the following aspects:1. Analysis the measuring principle of automobile engine with no load power, obtain the measuring principle of all-wheel-drive vehicle which is acceleration running in suspended with loading the quality disk power. Through analysis the load situation of all-wheel-drive vehicle on the road running and load quality wheel all-wheel-drive vehicle in suspended, establish the model that loading quality disc simulating automobile resistance, obtain load wheel all-wheel-drive vehicle at the same speed and under the same or different acceleration to correspond to the automobile resistance model and the automobile quality model, Further analysis at the same speed and different acceleration loading quality disk simulation of automotive quality model, and the measurement principle for the output power of driving wheel when all-wheel-drive vehicle which is acceleration running in suspended with loading the quality disk power, respectively obtain the relationship between the loading quality disk an. d the corresponding simulation automobile quality, the relationship between the loading quality disk and the corresponding instantaneous output power of driving wheel, and research the detection method of the output power of driving wheel for the rated vehicle. At the same time, according to different load and no load output power of driving wheel difference Δ Pt, acceleration time difference Δ t, research on power Performance detection method of All-Wheel-Drive vehicle based on acceleration time difference.2. Based on the SolidWorks software, design the detection device for power performance detection method of all-wheel-drive vehicle based on acceleration time difference. According to the measuring principle and loading quality disc installation factors, design various parts for the loading device in. During the structural design, guarantee the quality disc coaxial with the driving wheel, the loading device has no effect on the running driving wheel. At the same time, analyzes the measuring principle of the parameters which is required to measure in the detecting method, determine the parameter measuring device of the detection device.3. Use of the test condition of chassis dynamometer, Mitsubishi PAJERO vehicle and its driving wheel structure, analysis to identify the test conditions, by checking the relevant parameters and the structure of the loading device parameters in the loading quality plate detection vehicle dynamic performance. Brief introduction of the implementation of the actual vehicle test, detailed analysis realization of the detection method in Lab VIEW environment, obtain by two different acceleration program block diagrams. Input the parameters of relevant vehicle, quality disk and testing conditions, respectively arranged for setting value and the acceleration rule change, run the program block diagrams, obtain two state of its respective the curve that loading quality total quality plate is respectively connected with the analog automotive quality, and with output power of driving wheel, the curve that simulation of automotive quality is connected with output power of driving wheel, through the three curves, ask a full load of output power of driving wheel, compare with the actual road values, validation of the detection method is effective and feasible. At the same time, get the curve between the acceleration time difference and the output power of on the acceleration law of change, by accelerating the time difference to evaluate power performance of All-Wheel-Drive Vehicle.
