Space target surveillance system is very important both to national defence and the utility of space technology. In this paper, we mainly discuss some application of astrodynamics for space target surveillance.First, we expound a method of initial orbit determination. The method introduced here is suitable for several kinds of orbits. It is applied to deal with real measurements with high precision and is proved to be efficient at the last part of the2nd chapter. Then, In the3rd chapter, a numerical method of observation forecasts is given, and the calculation accuracy is tested by compare with high-accuracy data. The computation time for space debris collision predictions can be reduced effectively by the method of orbit filtration. In the4th chapter, a new method of orbit filtration is described in detail, which is proved to be highly efficient in the last part of the chapter. |
