In order not to influence the operation of the line, ensure the safety of the construction equipment and personnel, generally the construction method of level crossing changing to the underpass adopts jacking method and the construction type usually adopt rigid frame bridge structure. The bridge type shield tunnel system is a new jacking construction method, is the shield principle applying on the jacking method, also is a simplified shield system. It’s appearing and applying immensely enhanced the security and the economic effectiveness.Bridge type shield is a steel frame, mainly composed by frame、shield、jacking system and etc., the frame and the shield form the retaining system, jacking system provides the driving force of push ahead. The main process is work site constructing、 slippy board constructing、rigid bridge constructing、counter-force back constructing、 the shield assembling、start jacking and etc..The main load of the bridge type shield is the above train load and the side soil pressure, the force formation of the upper main beam and the side column is the bending type, according to the force case difference in the constructing, the integral force case can be divided into4cases. To finishing up with the system through the load analysis and the related codes, then use the SAP2000construction software to do simulation analysis on it.Current bridge type shield all are all-welded construction, cause the assembling、 transfer site very inconvenient and the wasting of the material is very seriously. Through the main bar main joint designing, setting the standard modulus, and based on the modulus to process the standard main beam and the column’s branch bar and sustaining bar, can achieve the collapsible of the bridge type shied, increasing the interchangeability and cyclicity of the parts, improving the effectiveness of the assembling、striking、transfer site, reducing the material wasting in the process of construction, improving the economic effectiveness, promoting the bridge type shield technology development, promote the popularization and application of the bridge type shield on a larger scale.
