In recent years, China’s western highway projects under construction, greatly promotedthe economic construction of the western development.There has been a lot of construction problems in these projectswhich aretunnels soft surrounding rock, the project Du Jishan Tunnel is one of them.DuetoJiashan tunnel crossing the phyllite strata and the nature of its water to softenrock,there has been a lot of the supporting structure of large deformation and tunnel collapse and other phenomena.On the monitoring data base in the test section, using the method of combining field data analysis and numerical simulation,studying on Highway tunnel construction technology in water-rich phyllite strata, the main results are as follows:· Through on-site monitoring of the measured data, This paper systematically analyzes the sinking of the vault of the tunnel, the surrounding convergence, steel arch stresses and the interactionsafety factor, the bolt axial force, secondary lining stress and safety factor analysis of the system.finaallyFinally, combinning withthe actual situation of the site,it proposed easonable support parameters and recommendations in the tunnel construction of the water-rich phyllite.· In this paper, the FLAC3D softwarewere studied on four different advance support conditionsthe the interaction stress and deformation characteristics, and finally obtained the water-rich phyllite tunnel advance support methods; Discussed three different excavation methods supporting structure stress and deformation,it obtained excavation in the highway tunnel under the water-rich phyllite.· In this paper,we analyzed the characteristics and the change of the tunnel support stress with the excavation process, and proposed construction recommendations in such excavation methods.
