The concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge has been widely used in the practical engineering project because of its advantages such as high bearing capacity、large span capacity、good aseismic performance and convenient construction, the aseismic problems of long span concrete filled steel tube arch bridge need further research. View from the relate of bridges seismic, the study of dynamic performance and seismic response of long span concrete filled steel tube arch bridge is still relatively not enough. Using a large span concrete filled steel tube arch bridge as the subject matter of study, this paper calculated and analyzed dynamic behaviour and seismic response of the bridge by the large finite element software Midas/Civil.The main wok is summarized as follow:(1Establishing the dynamic analysis model of the bridge. It is got by the modal analysis that the value of self-vibration frequencies and the characteristics of vibration modes, at the same time, this paper Calculated and analyzed a number of factors (eg. cross bracing layout, the stiffness of the main arch ribs and so on.) that affect the dynamic characteristics of long span concrete filled steel tube arch bridge.(2)The seismic spectrum analysis of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge. On the basis of modal analysis, the paper calculated the internal force and displacement response of the bridge in earthquake, through the role of a variety of earthquake effects combination. And analyzed the affect of structures’seismic response under different shapes and positions of the cross bracings at the same time.(3)The dynamic time-history analysis of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge. According to several seismic waves selected, the paper analyzed and calculated the internal force and displacement seismic response of the bridge.(4)Comparing the result of seismic spectrum analysis with dynamic time-history analysis and then getting results of bridge seismic response.
