With the development of our economic,city size expands rapidly and urban construction develops constantly.At the same time,it brings the rapid development of urban transport industry,interchanges roads are constructed by leaps and bounds,so the urban acoustic environment is becoming worse and worse.As urban land use is quite limited and the pressure of traffic in central city is getting heavier day by day,street residential and offices will exist for a long time,noise pollution is especially serious to the acoustic environment sensitive areas which are close to the interchanges roads.Therefore,how to measure,predict and evaluate urban noise in an effective and economy way in order to control it more effectively becomes a hot issue which is highly concerned by governments,scholars,engineers and technicians.This paper is based on 《Environmental Impact Assessment Technical Guidelines acoustic environment》(HJ2.4-2009) enforced by our Environmental Protection Department.Interchanges of urban trunk under specific conditions are picked,noise prediction software developed by China’s environmental protection software development service enterprises itself based on the models above is adopted.Combining them with the measured data,we analyze the reliability and the deviation degree of the prediction models and forecasting software,then provide correction values of the forecasting software under certain conditions,so that we can improve its prediction accuracy in practical application.At the same time,we give a comprehensive review about effectiveness of the noise reduction of sound barriers in the project.And based on combining the predicted noise values with the measured noise values,we make recommendations according to the city planning around the project.The conclusion obtained from this paper can be compared with the similar environmental impact assessment work of roads and bridges in this project.At the same time,it has some reference value to the city planning around the project.
