Reserch And Application About Safey And Quality Control Method In Drilling And Blasting System Of Highway Tunnel Blasting

With the development of the economy in our country,construction of the infrastructure such as highway or water conservancy and hydropower is also booming.As the basic unit of the highway and Water conservancy and hydropower construction,the application of blasting engineering is become more and more popular.But,tbe engineering design unit and the construction unit do not pay much attention on the design of blasting scheme,As a result,the construction process of the construction unit is at random, and produce many potential safety hazard or negative effect.Now,we can see many safety and quality malfunction in the blasting construction, which made adverse effect on the practicing of the scientific outlook on development and the constructing of the socialist harmonious society.This paper learns from the system as a starting point,to begin with, definite and analyse the drilling and blasting system of tunnel blasting,and nanlyse the life cycle、the sigmacompleteness、the ideal aspects of the system, and put up that the control system is the weak link in this system.And then,analyse the control system in this system from the design stage and the construction stage,put up that we must control the drilling and control system from the analyse of blasting vibration,the optimize of scheme of blasting,the manage of construction process,the detection of blasting. At last,put up a further study about the control system,at one point,try to find the internal connecting link between the vibration of blasting and the parameter of blasting,and analyse the crucial problem in the study.At another point,put forward the correction method about blasting vibration formula.
