| With the continuous development of China’s national economy, the road transportation is also developing very quickly. It is difficult for many bridges to adapt to the ever-increasing traffic and higher levels of vehicle load, so the quality problems of the old bridges are being aroused. Load-bearing Inspection and evaluation of technical condition are important means and methods of security situation evaluation of the existing bridges. The paper discussed the evaluation methods based on the testing work of Dalian Shugang East Bridge.The paper started with the importance of the technical condition and load-bearing inspection, discussed the present study and development trend of the inspection technique both at home and abroad, introduced the background of the implementation of the project of Dalian Shugang East Bridge and carried out methods of the load-bearing inspection and evaluation work of technical condition based on this testing.Bridge load testing includes static and dynamic load testing, which are important means of evaluating the bridge bearing capacity. The paper discussed the implementations of the static and dynamic testing and analysis methods of important parameters and test results, as well as determinate theory and main implementation methods of the bridge technical condition assessment in theory. Besides, the paper describes grade evaluation and the process of rating and assessment.The paper describes the model bridge calculating according to the design information by the use of finite element software, the process of static load testing and result analysis of the design of the site load program and the selection of the interface control; including moving testing, braking testing and ambient testing, the dynamic load testing process and results of analysis; as well as the technical condition assessment of the implementation process, the score calculation process and the evaluation results are the important steps of putting carrying capacity of detection and condition evaluation methods into practice.The paper summarizes the results of the inspections of the bridge and proposes the problems of using the specifications during the process of the engineering projects, and the new technique development is prospected. |
