Isolation technology as an effective means of seismic design has been widely used. In the5.12Wenchuan earthquake, the isolation structure showed good seismic performance in the earthquake, the seismic isolation technology has been more rapid development in China. Isolation structure is the set of rubber bearings and damping devices and other components with the overall reset function isolation layer between the basis of the bottom or substructure and superstructure, to extend the natural period of the entire structural system, and reduce the level of earthquake in the upper structure to achieve the desired shock requirements. The newly revised "Seismic Design of Buildings"(GB50011-2010) will be extended to the base isolation interlayer seismic isolation design of the complex implementation process. Looking for a quick, effective methods and means of decision-making stage of the isolated structure designed to complete the isolation of the structure preliminary design, one of the isolated structure applications need to address the important issue. Where the group has been established isolation preliminary design, and significantly improve the efficiency of isolation design. This is the update on the above preliminary design system based on the newly revised specification and preliminary design of the system using MATLAB and.NET developers isolation.First, the analysis is to predict on the basis of the preliminary design of the system of classification thinking of isolation, comparative analysis of multi-earthquake effect the next level to the prediction of the damping coefficient by BP network and RBF network, the two networks have high accuracy, training speed is fast, the results indicate that the parameters of the neural network to choose the most reasonable and correct algorithm. Maximum displacement for the isolation bearing under rare earthquake prediction, the same BP network and RBF network to predict the comparative analysis showed that the RBF network than BP network with high accuracy, speed training, to achieve a higher accuracy rate. By comparing the two networks, the RBF network training time is short and high accuracy, showed that the RBF for isolation preliminary design results of forecast better than BP network.Second, because the method of classification thinking did not give the horizontal damping coefficient and the maximum displacement of the isolation bearing, so the method of BP neural network has been proposed to both numerical prediction. Results can be obtained through the neural network test, the network output error of the improved method are controlled within a certain range, the output falls within the provisions of the specification, the results showed that using the method of the improved BP neural network to analyze structural isolation is a feasible approach.Finally, based on the.NET platform I develop windows and web applications. On one hand,Windows applications develops Graphical user interface with VB.NET by way of turning MATLAB neural network tool up in the ActiveX Automation Interface. As a result, a mixture of both programming achieves in the preliminary isolation design, at the same time, reduces the software development cycle; On the other hand, Web applications promotes preliminary isolation system in the computer networks with ASP.NET and MATLAB mixed programming.
