A forced vibration of the large-span bridge occurs under the external excitation ofwind load and moving vehicle loads, when these loads reaches a certain value, will notonly affect the safety of the bridge structure itself but also affect traffic safety ofvehicles and pedestrians. Meanwhile, the bridge structure under long-term wind loadand moving vehicle loads is also prone to fatigue damage, and affects the durability ofthe bridge. These affects of the bridge structure are all factors must be taken intoaccount in the earlier stage of design and later stage of health assessments, should causeheight to take seriously. Therefore, it is very important theory significance and appliedvalue to engage in the research on vibration of the large-span bridge subjected to theexternal excitation of wind load and moving vehicle loads. In this paper, vibrationresponse of a through arch bridge subjected to excitation of wind load and movingvehicle loads were studied. These research contents are the following:(1) Described the significance of vibration of bridge structure subjected toexcitation of wind load and moving vehicle loads, research status and results of the fieldin china and abroad; The research situation and obtained achievements in the fieldwere elaborated in this paper, the main research content of this thesis was also putforward.(2) Discussed the theory of vibration of bridge structure subjected to excitation ofwind load and moving vehicle loads, on this basis, described comfort index ofDiekemann norm.(3) Harmonic wave superimposing method was used to simulate the fluctuatingwind field at the bridge site, and the buffeting response of the bridge subjected toexcitation of whether ribs under wind load and vertical fluctuating wind load wereignored or not was studied through the three-dimensional finite element calculationmodel. And comfort index of bridge subjected to excitation of wind load was evaluated. Finally, the buffeting response of the bridge subjected to wind load differences betweenlinear analysis and nonlinear analysis was discussed.(4) Load history curves of bridge subjected to excitation of the moving vehicle loadwas simulated through simplification the load distribution to triangular distribution.Moving vehicle loads were formed with a convoy of4vehicles and continuous4vehicles moving toward each other, and vibration response of the bridge subjected to excitation of moving vehicle loads was studied through the three-dimensional finiteelement calculation model. And comfort index of bridge subjected to excitation ofmoving vehicle loads was evaluated. Finally, dynamic response under the wind load, themoving vehicle loads and the integrated action of the both factors were analyzedcomparatively.(5) Summarized the contents and results of this paper, and pointed out the problemof research on vibration of the bridge structure subjected to excitation of wind load andmoving vehicle loads.
