With the development of China’s productivity and economic,novel modeling, and diverse functions,complex size has become today’s high-rise buildings development direction.In order to seek the aesthetic appearance of buildings,architectural features need straight, stalwart, the curvature of beauty. Often need a transfer layer between the upper and lower areas of different sizes, when the upper area of the transfer layer is greater than or less than the lower area, the structure needs to cantilever. In most cases the upper area greater than the lower part of the area, the structure need to set the cantilever transfer layer, but sometimes the upper area is less than the lower part of the area of the structure need to set the cantilever transfer story.In this paper,as the prototype to with a cantilever transfer story ultra-high-rise buildings in Nanchang,its overall analysis, local analysis, elastic time history analysis and elastic-plastic time-history analysis to investigate such a transfer layer on the structural properties of. Change its set height in order to explore the best layout height.In order to reasonably analyze the necessity of such the cantilever transfer story, change the cantilever transfer story to the most common beam transfer story instead of the comparative analysis on the basis of the original model.This paper is based on engineering examples starting to explore such new transfer story structure and the feasibility of the project, and then find a reasonable set a high degree.
