600WM supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) have both the advantages of CFB clean burning and the advantages of supercritical boiler, is one kind of clean coal power generation technology which has broad prospects for development. Now many institutions at home and abroad develop a wide range of research on supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler technology, and designed a related type furnace, the conducted a wide range of technology research study, now the world’s first supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler unit is ready on the phase of construction.This paper according to the domestic600MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler design parameters, to simulate the internal furnace gas-solid two-phase flow field, simulates the particle solid content rate in the furnace of distribution, the fall pressure of the bed distribution, the particle velocity distribution, and simulates the internal flow field of the fluid inside the furnace wear is parameters, for water wall wear problem research provides a basis.Through numerical simulation the erosion medium hardness, flushing view, and the influence of the parameters of the wear speed. And then based on the simulation results, an erosion of high temperature experiment carry on with the different size of the grits and different Angles of erosion.The results show that the size of the grits is different caused by the effect wear, in the same quality of the grits, particle size small caused by the wear rate of relatively is large, erosion caused by the different Angle of wear different effects,45°Angle is largest in the wear rate. Through the method of laser cladding, preparation a high performance wear-resisting cladding layer, the cladding layer microscopic hardness analysis and high temperature erosion wear test and etc. The results show that the microstrutures of the coatings are uniform, the cladding layer of tissue is good for the high temperature erosion performance, about two times higher than that of20G.
