Based on the analysis structural characteristics of the distribution network with DG and impact of distribution network accident plan with DG access, using an active role of island effect in improving system reliability, the distribution network accident reconstruction is divided into two stages, which were island divided phase based on heuristic search and the power supply phase based on an improved DE recovery.This paper presents a method of rapid island divided, based on graph theory, heuristic search methods combined with the depth and breadth-first search method forming the initial island program, and on this basis, the final island formation is schemed。Article improve existing differential evolution algorithm DE and apply in distribution network accident plan. Through the IEEE33-node test system and a regional power grid of Anhui220kV substation of a full-stop accident case,for the given model and algorithm was validated, the results show that the algorithm can effectively solve the power distribution network accident reconstruction issues, fully performance the improve system reliability role of DG.Based on grid operation mode, verification plans and other safety and accident related to a large number of network information data access and computing, greatly increasing the workload, the operating personnel is difficult to do it manually. To this end, the development "operation mode decision support system" to help operators develop a timely and reasonable operating mode, reducing their workload, increase efficiency, and ensure the correctness of the program is necessary.
