In view of large-scale and long construction period of moden project, there are series problems during project implementation, such as short construction peroid and limited investment. Thus, it is important to choose reasonable construction scheme when making descision. Project objects management is a process of muti-objective management, single object was focused and other objects were ingored in the past projects. In this paper, coordination theory and multi-objective decision theory were combined to solve the problem of choosing project scheme. Firstly, it analyzed the relationship of each two objects, and their functional relationship were build. Secondly, it promoted a cooperative multi-objective optimization model of three objects according to the demand of project. Meanwhile, it quantified the project quantity by fuzzy measures. In view of limitation of traditional multi-objective solving method, genetic algorithm was used to solve the model with the help of Matlab software.Optimal solution to a project example was obtained by solving the model, and the result shows that the model agrees with the practical project. So, the effectiveness of the model and genetic algorithm were verified. The corresponding scheme of the optimal solution is the optimized solution to the project. By this method, decision-makers could choose the proper scheme as their demands. Overall, it provided an effective method for project management by coordination multi-objective optimization model.
