The magnetic properties of Cold Rolling Low-grade non-oriented electrical steel referes to core loss (PT) and magnetic induction (B), which are both decide by the organization and texture.This article first studied the effect of annealing temperature and annealing time on50W600and50W80050W600,50W800,50W1300iron loss and magnetic induction relations,The excellent magnetic properties suitable annealing process is900℃×3.5min,950℃×4min,900℃×2min respectively; Secondly,this paper analysis and discussed the impact of three types of tissue parameters (averagegrain size, grain uniformity, the total length of the grain boundary) and two types of texture parameters (fiber texture, surface texture) on the sample of iron loss and magnetic induction by measuring the magnetic properties,microstructure and texture using Magnetic measuring instrument and EBSD techniques,Finally the models of quantitative calculation of iron loss, magnetic induction by microstructure and teture is obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The correlation between thetissue parameters (averagegrain size, grain uniformity, the total length of the grain boundary) and iron loss is high,but it is low to magnetic induction,The sample coefficient of determination between grain boundary and the iron loss of50W600,50W800, the50W1300were0.89188,0.889,0.831respectively, better than the other two parameters;(2)The three low-grade non-oriented electrical steel recrystallization texture types are mainly{111} texture and<110> texture;(3)One of the reason of intensity alternating of the recrystallization texture during normal grain growth process is the different growth rates of the different texture components.The content change of{100},{110},{210} and{310} is negligible,the curve of{112} is closer to{332},yet the curve of{334} is in the opposite of{112}, and{332}, while it’s similar to the curve of the magnetic induction;(4)The iron loss decreases with increasing (Si+Al)%under the same annealing process,and the inflection point of time is prolonged.T-P scatter plot moves to the low-left area with the increasing annealing temperature,however,it has no impact on dp/dt,whatever in which brand; (5)T-B scatter plot moves to the upper area with the increasing annealing temperature,and the compent also influence the dB/dt,the lower of (Si+Al)%,the higher variation is,the most economical annealing temperature of50W600,50W800and50W1300is800℃、800℃'750℃respectively;(6)the regression model shows the best performance,When the texture group is divided into the independent variables jointly fitting the iron loss or magnetic induction, but the coefficient of regression variables lost significantly test, and the sign of the regression coefficient is not consistent with the theoretical analysis, the linear model does not be suit to the quantitative description of the relationship between texture and iron loss or magnetic induction.fibrous texture parameters independent fitting iron loss relationship is better,but {hkl} texture is more suitable for fitting the magnetic induction;(7)The correlation between the average of anisotropy,which is calculated by texture compoent measued by EBSD,and magnetic induction,however the model parameters differ in the model constructed by X-RD...
