With the rapid development of urbanization construction, high strength high performanceconcrete get more and more applications. This concrete not only has many advantages, butalso bring in some safety problems. Its high temperatrue resistant performance is poor andunder the high temperrature, it is easy to burst. Both of these problems caused extensiveconcern of engineering.This esay based on RPC technology concept, used large dosage mineral powder repalcedcement, preparation large dosage mineral powder high strength high performance concrete,research liquidity, mechannical properties and high temperature resistance of this concrete.Besides, this esay choose some additions to research the influence to the first burst time,temperature and blowout frequency.Research shows that, using air-entreaining agent can obviously cut down the blowoutfrequency of the large dosage mineral powder high strength high performance concrete.Polypropylene fiber isalso the important technical measure in improving the blowout behaviorof the large dosage mineral powder high strength high performance concrete, using fly-ashhas small effects of the high temperature resistance performance. When the fly-ash content at40%-50%,the normal and high temperature performance of the large dosage mineral powderhigh strength high performance concrete is better. Mixing rubber particles has a negativeeffect on the normal and high temperature performance of large dosage mineral powder highstrength high performance concrete overall, but when the fly-ash content at60%, the hightemperature performance is better.Research also shows that, after the large dosage mineral powder high strength highperformance concrete process the normal temperature,200℃,400℃,600℃, the compressivestrength present increase at first then reduce trend. Under the temperature400℃, thecompressive strength is the highest. The spltting tensile strength is degressive tendency.Above all, using air-entertainment and polypropylene fiber is the effectie measures toimprove the high temperature performance of large dosage mineral powder high strength highperformance concret, has great significance in the actual fire escape.
