Special education school is an important form of special education. specialeducation schools status signifies that China’s level of development of special education, adirect impact on the quality of education for people with disabilities. Although thedevelopment of China’s special education school has a long history, but so far, the quantity ofChina’s special education school and foreign countries’s have the gap. For Large number ofdisabled population in our country, the average level of education is low, and many peoplewith disabilities are not skills who can be self-reliant. Receiving a good education is animportant guarantee of employment for the disabled and surviving. Therefore, it is thesignificant of development and building of China’s vocational education of special educationschool.According to status of the disabled in China, This article expresses the significance of thedevelopment of vocational education in special education schools. By the theory of specialeducation at home and abroad, This article clearly defines the vocational training space andexpresses relevant theory, and further analysis of behavioral characteristics of different typesof disabilities and suitable employment. According to field research of vocational trainingspace for different types of persons with disabilities, This paper studies the vocational trainingspace planning and design, and elaborated on design patterns of common the14kinds ofvocational training space in the eight-class professional.
