Our population has entered into old age, majority of the elderly are willing to accept theold-age household. Due to this demand,, restructuring of residential and construction facingtough challenge ahead.Through researches done by the author, Perl River Delta residential, the design inclinetowards the external outlook and neglected the importance of the practical usage for the aged,more needed to be improved. This article highlighted the importance of such practical usage astop priority instead of only emphasizing the beauty of the external outlook view. Throughstudying similar projects from foreign countries may help to improve such developments infuture. Considering the physiology of the aged, environment psychology behavior etc, addingthe local culture of the Perl River Delta regions may brings up better designs for such agedresidential and turning Perl River Delta a friendly environment for the aged populations.
