With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, enterprises are facing increasinglyfierce global competition, corporate industrial upgrading is imminent. Enterprise managementinformation can increase the enterprise operating efficiency, make enterprise managementmore standardized, stabilization and more efficient. Shipyard management is also facing sucha change. In our country, Information technology of the shipyard are generally very low, Mostof the shipyard’s production schedule mainly rely on empirical analysis of the relevantmanagers, This may cause by corporate waste of resources and low production efficiency. Thescheduling decisions of the ship, as the important part of Shipyard information management,is especially crucial, And it received little attention, it develops relatively slowly. Shipscheduling decisions include the classification according to the importance of the ship to theport, and the optimization of ship shifting. This thesis according to the actual request solvedthe ship intelligent scheduling decisions for Guangzhou dockyards limited company,it alsoimprove the information management of the shipyard.In order to solve the problem of the classification according to the importance of the shipto the port, in this thesis, we consider using the theory of systems analysis methods to studythe problem. There are a lot of ships docked in the repair shipyard pier, First according to themain factors such as the quantities of works of the ship related to the these ships to establishthe rules of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model, by building mathematic model andquantitative analysis, the effectiveness of the method is proved. Finally through to spareterminal information collection, match the corresponding vessels and terminals.Then this thesis is focused on solving the problem of optimization of ship shifting.Firstly,this thesis introduced the cellular automata theory,Based on the cellular automatatheory the corresponding ship shifting. Models was presented, and specific forms ofexpression, the general algorithm flow, the changing rules of this cellular automata modelwere gave. And then through further exploration, this thesis used intelligent optimizationalgorithm-ant colony algorithm to obtain the optimal solution to the path to improve theinformation management of the shipyard.According to the actual request of Guangzhou dockyards limited company solved theclassification according to the importance of the ship to this port and the optimization of shipshifting in the end of the dissertation,solved the ship intelligent scheduling decisions forGuangzhou dockyards limited company. It Improve the information management of the shipyard, and it also raise the efficiency of the dockyard management.
