Due to high efficiency, long life, little environmental pollution features of the LED lights,LED lights are vigorously promoted and applied on a global scale. At the same time, the LEDpower supply system are also constantly developed and perfected. With the broad extension ofthe application areas of the LED power supply system, its reliability has caused people’sattention.LED AC power supply system mains AC power after AC/DC module access to theDC/DC current module to provide a stable current for the LED filament. Its reliability ismainly reflected in the overall reliability of the AC/DC module’s own life and the reliabilityof a power supply system which has many dispersed AC/DC modules in a certain applicationarea. For those solving problems, a nonopto-coupler LED driver and a LED centralized DCpower supply system are proposed in this article.Firstly, the nonopto-coupler LED driver is realized by the application of the currenttransformer instead of the short-life opto-coupler. This article gives the theoretical derivationand simulation circuit and waveforms of the LLC half-bridge resonant circuit which showsthe correct using of the current transformer.Secondly, the LED centralized power supply system includes two three-phase PWMrectifiers which combine as a parallel redundant system. This article firstly introduces theLED centralized DC power supply. Then the simulation and experiment of the three-phasePWM rectifier and its parallel redundant system are provided which proof the high reliabilityof the LED centralized DC power supply system.Finally, according to the principle of constant current power supply of LED lights, newLED filaments are proposed. One of them is made and be used to verify the practicality of thenew LED filament and to be load for the LED centralized DC power system.
