With the worsening global environmental pollution and the rapid growth of electricitydemand, the constant expansion of the power system, Traditional centralized power generation, high-voltage long-distance, large-capacity transmission and centralized power grid mode have exposed the issues of security and reliability. New energy distributed generationsystems to environmental protection, efficient, decentralized, flexible way of generating electricity by the world’s attention to the combination with the grid is considered to be the direction of development of the power system, so it is necessary to developing and using clean, renewable energy.In this paper, a new energy distributed generation system flexibility and network operation and control of active power transmission for the topics, the proposed new way to control the active power transmission by the high leakage reactance of three-winding transformer based on the generalized power-angle characteristics. Based on the generalized power angle characteristics of the text proposed a distributed power generation and network integration of the power conditioning system, direct control of the inverter output power, and control the direction and size of the power transmission through three-winding transformer. The robustness of the control law parameters of the DC energy storage device has a strong, new energy, distributed power generation system and power adjustable stand-alone device. From the theoretical analysis, three aspects of system modeling and simulation, in-depth study of the off-grid operation of distributed generation systems, and network operation, from/grid-flexible switching and active power of quantitative control technology.The three windings of the three-winding transformer connected to the grid, the DC-sideconverter and the load, theory by controlling the phase difference of voltage phase with the grid voltage converter can achieve the direction and control of the size of the active power flow between the three windings. Side of the converter to connect the DC power to the load alone, can achieve the power grid and the DC side power supply to the load DC side to the load supply excess electricity to the grid, and also allows the grid both to load power to the DC side of the energy storage device charge. DC side of this article for the newenergy power generation output of the inverter is the inverter did not discuss the grid ch arge storage device to the DC side. Distributed generation grid and power to regulate the integrated system has broad applications in the practical application of analog control circuitcomplexity. This article is a full digital control, to overcome some shortcomings of the analog control.Firstly, using the integrated system of single-phase grid-connected power conditioning and expounded the basic principles and control methods, a detailed analysis of the application of the principle of distributed generation of new energy grid and power regulation integrated system, and established a mathematical model. Secondly, the three-phase distributed generation systems and power conditioning integrated system made an in-depth study. Classical PWM control method to control the power switches of the inverter; DQ transform the complex three-phase into a two-phase parameters, simplifying the control process in the active power transmission control process. Also analyzed in detail the operation of the Distributed Power Generation System in the typical fault condition. Finally, a brief analysis of the harmonic configuration of distributed power generation systems and network.
