In our living environment, there are many kinds of low-frequency vibration, such asrailway tracks and bridges vibration, car vibration, household appliances and so on. Thesevibrations energy is generally loosed as heat in industrial environments. However, thepiezoelectric material has the characteristics of electromechanical energy conversion, toachieving the purpose of energy recycling, we can use the piezoelectric materials convertvibration energy into electrical energy. So, this study for piezoelectric vibration energyharvesting transducer focus on Cymbal disc structure, the main contents of this study list asfollowing:1, Based on the piezoelectric effect and piezoelectric equation theory, in this study weintroduced the working principle of the piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting transducer,also we builded the mathematical model and deduced mechanical equivalent circuit ofCymbal piezoelectric vibration energy harvester.2, The power generation performance of Cymbal piezoelectric vibration energyharvesting transducer was analyzed using the finite element software ANSYS.We got therelationship between the Cymbal piezoelectric energy generator structural parameters and theresonant frequency, output voltage and output power of Cymbal transducer,and also therelationship between applied loads of Cymbal piezoelectric energy harvesting transducer andthe resonant frequency,output power of the Cymbal transducer.On this basis, we proposed anoptimization design program of the structure parameters for single Cymbal piezoelectricenergy harvesting transducer, considering the most efficient energy conversion rate.3, Considering the output characteristics of Cymbal piezoelectric generator,thefrequency characteristics of the external vibration source and the way of transducer mountingand settling in industrial environments, This paper analyzed and designed the multi-layersub-cascade structure piezoelectric energy scavenging system and broadband multi-layerstructure energy harvesting system.We also designed a follow-up energy storage andconversion circuits,and builded a completed Piezoelectic Vibration Energy HarvestingSystem.
