As a new type of solid electrolyte materials,apatite type lanthanumsilicate oxyapatite solid electrolyte has very wide development space andcommercial application prospect,but now the doping modification work andsynthesis process of the material are not perfect,so it limits the developmentand application of the new material.Therefore,looking for a kind of quick andefficient preparation method of solid electrolyte with doping modification toresearch the material is of great significance.In this thesis,the Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis wasintroduced to prepare the apatite type lanthanum silicate solid electrolyte withalkaline metal ion doping, compared with the traditional method ofpreparation,it reduce the environmental temperature of synthesis electrolyteand shorten the time of electrolyte preparation, the crystal texture ofelectrolyte samples were investigated by the XRD, SEM,FT-IR.The resultsshow that the doped electrolyte powders which synthesized by gelself-propagating burning has the obvious apatite type crystal structure,and ithas a certain alloy,and the phase is more onefold.The IR vibrating peaks ofelectrolyte powders happen migration when alkaline ion doped,and thecrystal parameters were changed,it shows that alkaline ion doped into theelectrolytes caused the change of crystal structure.The study on relative density and line shrinkage at different sinteringtemperature shows that the best sintering temperature of alkaline ion dopedapatite type electrolytes is1550℃,and the density of good electrolytesachieve96%,its line shrinkage rate achieve16%.The conductivity study of alkaline ion doped apatite type electrolytesintered body was to use AC impedence method,it shows that the rightamount doped of alkaline ion can improve the electrical conductivity ofelectrolyte sinters,and the excessive doped of alkaline ion make the electrical conductivity down.
