Electro-hydraulic type vibration table is a kind of test device, and may, according to needs the vibration of the simulation process, it is widely used in industrial production area, its development to a certain extent in the upper scale in a national industrial progress level. With the development of economy and the improvement of science and technology, countries will electro-hydraulic type of the vibrating table developed as a contact of the construction of the national defense and economic strategic task. This topic from reality to the needs of scientific research project, the purpose is to research on real significance high level of electro-hydraulic vibration equipment, through the design simulation prove the feasibility, the current domestic electro-hydraulic servo control equipment research and application provides some new ideas and thinking.Firstly, the paper compares the present situation of electro-hydraulic shaking table in domestic and foreign countries; Secondly, from the two aspects of system hardware and system control, it studies the structural components and working principle of electro-hydraulic servo control system, which makes a theoretical foundation for the servo controller design; Thirdly, the paper studies the fuzzy PID which is the core algorithm of electro-hydraulic servo system, and it identifies the fuzzy rules and membership function in system, and the fuzzy PID control method is applied in electro-hydraulic servo system; Finally, it takes Matlab/Simulink software as the design platform, which uses different control methods to control the electro-hydraulic shaking table. The software inputs driving signals and collects response curves; it validates the tracking characteristics of servo controller.The paper has completed the following work:1. On the analysis of the current situation of electro-hydraulic shaking table at home and abroad and the design objectives, it proposes the main research content and the technical index.2. It establishes the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic shaking table.3. Applicating the industrial control computer, the paper selects the corresponding sensor and designs the hardware circuit of servo controller, and compiles the system application software.4. It establishes the Fuzzy-PID algorithm of electro-hydraulic shaking table of servo controlling.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional PID control, the adjustment time of fuzzy PID control is reduced greatly, and the tracking characteristic is superiority, and the control precision is improved. The control effect of fuzzy PID is better than conventional PID control, which can meet the control needs in electro-hydraulic shaking table servo system.
