The energetic consumption of central air-conditioning system occupies a largeproportion of the total energetic consumption of the modern buildings, especiallythat of public buildings. Therefore, it’s a heat research about how to reduce therunning energetic consumption of central air-conditioning system.This paper mainly discusses about the optimal controlling parameters of thewater-cooling type of the center air-conditioning system which is prevalent inthe modern society. An improved predicting method of cooling load, which is basedon the Regression Method, is put forward and a predicting model of cooling loadis formed hereby. Many examples are introduced into our examination of the method,The DeST software in use for a building the energy efficient simulation, get thebuilding of each room on the basis of load data, through a room of the datasimulation, which turns out to be correct and available. The results from itmay be more credible. The experiment model of central air-conditioning system inthis paper is based on the Regression Method and the Least Square Method. And foreach model the example is analyzed, each model that is enough good reaction ownenergy consumption changes. And the optimal control system targets at minmisingenergetic consumption, Will the computer simulation technology used in the studyof this subject.The parameters of controlling system are gained through the precisecalculation by the MATLAB Toolbox, which supports the improvements in control ofcentral air-conditioning system in order to reduce the energetic consumption.In addition, this paper introduces a Fuzzy PID controlling method which isprevalent in field control of central air-conditioning system, And as an exampleto the cooling tower are relatively complete control method, This controllingmethod owns Good adaptability and robustness.
