Lashing wire is commonly used in the modern gas turbine and can greatly improve the vibration characteristics of the bladed disk. But the effect of the lashing wire isn’t considered in the current researches of vibration localization and this make the result couldn’t fully reflect the real vibration characteristics of the bladed disk. Consequently, in this dissertation, the model of lashing wire bladed disk was established and the effect of the lashing wire on the vibration localization of the bladed disk was researched from two aspects of the mode localization and vibratory response localization.Firstly, the finite element model of the bladed disk with lashing wire was established. The natural characteristics and mode shapes of the bladed disk with and without lashing wire were compared. Especially the effect of lashing wire location on natural frequency and mode localization of bladed disk was analyzed.Secondly, the frequency veering characteristics of the bladed disk with and without lashing wire were compared. The relative gap of frequency veering of the bladed disk was increased by lashing wire, such modification leads to a low sensitivity to mistuning for bladed disk. The modal characteristic of the mistuned lashing wire bladed disk and the mistuned free bladed disk were analyzed. It is verified that mode localization degree of mistuned bladed disk is reduced greatly by lashing wire. And then, the frequency veering characteristic and the mode localization of the bladed disk with different lashing wire locations were compared.Finally, the effect of lashing wire on forced vibration response and vibratory response localization was analyzed by the harmonic analysis. The result shows that the vibration amplitude and the vibratory response localization degree of the bladed disk resulted from mistuning are reduced greatly by the lashing wire.The outcomes of this dissertation improve the fundamental theories of the vibration of the vibration localization of the bladed disk with lashing wire. And they can be a theoretical support for designers to design bladed disk with better dynamic performance.
