It is hard to transmit power to the inland island area, power transmissiondistance too far will cause the transmission cost and loss the shortcomings, and thelarge power grid may be because of some fault cause large-scale blackout, the use ofrenewable energy for distributed generation micro-grid can good to solve theseproblems, as the distributed power generation system is formed complex, variousmicro power has different characteristics of power generation, may cause big wavemotion in power generation voltage and volatility,so it is important to optimize themicr-gird power generation control system. starting from the existing powergeneration control system to improve the efficiency of power generation controlsystem,then propose a new fuzzy controller which based on the generation and loadforecast, according to the results of generation and load forecast to determine thetarget capacity of the battery,the current battery capacity is returned by the testingorganization, then get the error and error change rate of battery capacity,micro-power output of fuzzy controller Judgementthe control.after fuzzy controller’sjudgement the system output power regulation of each micro-power.First of all,introduced the background of the island micro-grid generationcontrol system, This article take Zhuhai Dong’ao Island’s micro grid for background,introduced design process of the island micro-grid,analyzed the economic benefits ofmicro-gird,then analyzed the deficiencies of the current generation control system,inorder to improve the economic efficiency of the system,proposed a generation controlsystem which based on fuzzy control.Secondly,established load forecasting and photovoltaic power generationforecasting model which based on RBF neural network.According to historicalstatistics and real-time data,considered the impact of a variety of environmentalfactors on the micro-grid load and generation,analysis net structure,input selectionprinciple,sample selection and data preprocessing of the micro-grid power generationand load forecasting model.load forecasting and power generation online models forgeneration control system was established,then analysis the forcast accuracy impacton control system.Finally, the power control based on fuzzy control system has designed.the reasonapplied fuzzy control has analysised and fuzzy controller design method has introduced, established fuzzy controller’s structure,inputs and outputs’s select rangeand domain,fuzzy control table,then simulated the fuzzy control system and comparecontrol effect of fuzzy controller and actual controller.The simulation results show that the fuzzy controller which based on powergenetation and load forecasting can control the power generation system to improvethe efficiency of the system like professional operator, this shows that the fuzzycontroller have good application prospects.
