The pipe network of water distribution system is of great importance for smalltown’s drinking water distribution,so the optimized design of the small town’sdistribution system has become an important job.In this design,the comparison ofsmall town’s solutions were considered by the designer to be consistent with thespecific situation of reality.The reasonable scheme in terms of economics andtechnique can be then chosen.In this paper,according to the relevant operationalresearch theory,a fuzzy optimization goal decision model will be presented,with thecombined system network plan,as well as the optimization of the scheme.Water system at home and abroad and optimization design background andcurrent situation of the development will be firstly introduced.Next the distributionsystem in the village has been undertaken a detailed technical and economicanalysis,which is the theoretical foundation of the pipe network of water distributionsystem proposed in the following sections.The analysis of the various evaluationcriteria of this design was detailed,the multi-objective fuzzy optimizationmathematical model of decision making was indicated,in order to influence each mainfactors scheme selection as the evaluation criteria.Then the fuzzy optimization theoryis based on the pipeline network system,which is multi-objective fuzzy optimizationmodel. These qualitative and quantitative criteria, as well as the combination ofsubjective and objective experience of reality can be subsequently transformed thetargeted problem into a form of comprehensive evaluation criteria. In the onedimensional vector space, the scheme was scheduled and optimized. Finally, thispaper will bring forward a empirical engineering example to validate the model. Theresults show that the application of fuzzy optimization model to determine targetedpipe network of water distribution system approach is valid and feasible.Because the cost of pipeline network is one of important factors that affecting theentire water distribution system, and then the determined flow of the pipeline has agreat impact on the cost of the network,the flow rate of pipe networks, as a result, willbe calculated and described as well. However, because of the particularity of theconsumption of the water in the designated area, such as the use of existing"maximum flow method", the calculation results might be smaller compared to theactual situation. In order to solve this problem, this paper, according to the building water supply and drainage method, is proposed a concept of "designing flow persecond" in the water supply network. which has been proved to be adaptable. And inthe paper, the method of the parameters in each step, and the scope of application ofthis method will be discussed.The study was taken in the field of designingoptimization for the pipe network of the small town’s water distribution system,in thewater transportation engineering construction cost and running cost minimum as theobjective function, and the establishment of a number of constraints, in order toachieve rural water distribution pipe network optimal economic pipe diameter.
