Over the years, the study of slope stability has been one of the research focus andthe difficulties of the scientific community and engineering. With the development ofChinese national economy, especially the implementation of the western developmentstrategy, railway, highway, water conservancy and other infrastructure construction inthe ascendant, these projects are related to slope stability problems. Therefore, slopestability analysis is a special basic problem in building engineering,which calls forenough attention.Slope stability analysis,limit equilibrium analysis method is traditional method,the engineering sector has been widely used. The main reason is:the concept is clearwhich is easy to understand and grasp, and the results of its analysis can be a betterresponse to slope stability. However, in order to solve the equations in the traditionallimit equilibrium method, we adopt some assumptions, which don′t considers thenonlinear constitutive relationship of rock and soil, so the calculation is conservative.On the basis of the traditional limit equilibrium analysis, with the help of modernfinite element nonlinear theory on slope stability analysis and research.On the basic of finite element analysis software, the thesis analyzes theelastoplastic numerical calculation of the soil slope and finds out the location of themost dangerous slippery slope surface according to the equivalent plastic strain, andthen calculate normal stress and shear stress of slip surface. Follow the definition ofthe safety factor to calculate the safety factor of the traditional limit equilibriummethod. This paper uses the method to study the overall stability of the homogeneousslope and non-homogeneous slopes. The calculated results with the traditional limitequilibrium method were compared. By changing the soil friction angle, soil cohesion,slope height, slope angle and other factors to calculate the safety factor, the analysisof these factors on slope stability.Reinforced soil technology is the effective means to solve the stability of the fillslope, which adds high-strength fiber material to the filling in order to increase thestability of the slope. The calculation expression of Reinforced slope safety factor isderived based on the theory of limit equilibriums. The limit equilibrium method basedon finite element study reinforced materials, reinforcement spacing, reinforced totalfactor of safety of reinforced slope, and the analysis of these factors on slope stability, and analyzed the influence of these factors on slope stability.
