Rotary Steer-able System is an oriented drilling system, while drilling a guiding function in real-time in rotated in the drill string when drilling. Since the90s of20th century, it has launched a revolution in the directional drilling technology. Among them, the guide tool is the key components of rotary steer-able drilling system, called Controlled Eccentric. Through the MWD communication system, the ground system transmits command to the microcontroller of the Controllable Eccentric. Through controlling of the microcontroller, the drill will drill bit along the default path. The controllable bias in underground control research Institute of Xi’an Shiyou University is a realization of intelligent underground closed-loop rotary steerable drilling system for intelligent drilling tool. Its research and implementation will solve the existing problems in the industry:reduce the number of times from the drill, shorten the drilling cycle, reduced drilling costs. Ultimately the Downhole trajectory will be controlled in real-time and accurate.The paper is based on the national863’s tenth five years plan—"Three-dimension Controllable Closed-loop Drilling Technology" and the national natural science fund project-"Research of the way to control Downhole Close-loop Intelligent Rotated Steering Drilling system", for the fault of the Mud pump Controllable Eccentric system which has been completed, we designed a new Positioning Assembly which is to a brushless DC motor without position sensor as the driving force. The closed-loop control system of Motor which is to a microcontroller as the motor control chip, and is to the location and equipment to rib cavity pressure signal as feedback signals has been achieved. And the non-contact displacement sensor and a new hydraulic system, which used to make the system more sustainable and stable, so it will lay a solid foundation to achieve more accurate control of the Downhole loop.
