Force standard machine is the mechanical measurement of the force sensor, dynamometer, weighing instrument qualification, or testing equipment, but also the national measurement detection departments necessary force value metering equipment, and plays a very important role in national economic, scientific measurement and national defense construction. The rapid development of modern industry and technology, accuracy, stability and detection efficiency of force standard machines of ever-increasing demands. In this passage, aim at low automation of the existing Superimposed force standard machine, poor reliability, and inconvenient operation,presenting a PLC-based control technology, automatic control system.By superimposed force standard machine works the analysis of the structure, functions and performance of the force standard machine control scheme is proposed based on PLC technology.(2) the establishment of the hardware platform of the superimposed force standard machine control system, design the control system hardware architecture, and hardware control system performance analysis and selection; For software, via the mission requirements of the superposition of force standard machines Siemens configuration software the WINCC with PLC control device is connected, you can achieve a friendly interface, on-site equipment status and data collection, control, storage, management.(3)Hydraulic force standard machine designed system architecture, the PLC and frequency converter with the control of the hydraulic pump; design of PID control; and actuator control of the hydraulic system.The design results show that the control system can not only force value detection and automated processing of data, improve efficiency, reduce labor intensity, but also to improve the measurement accuracy, reduce measurement error, measuring and testing indicators meet the requirements of the national testing procedures.
