The Study On Resource-saving Urban Green Space System

As the cities rapid develop, resources and energy such as water and soil are more and more nervousness. The ministry of construction proposed the idea of resources-saving landscape. The research of resources-saving urban green space system planning has an important sense for intensive using of resources and energy, realization of green space ecological function and economical society.This article take the resources-saving urban green space system as the study object, combinating with the methods such as studying literature summary of the theory, field investigations, practical application, summarized findings to study.3S technology is used to analysis the space topography, elevation, slope, aspect in Baise city to provide a basis for planning the resources-saving green space system,and to make the planning more rational and more scientific. Expecting through constructing the ways and means of the resources-saving urban green space system to master the comprehensive conservation measures and influence factors.And then preliminary put forward the resources-saving urban green space system evaluation index system, to provide a reference for resources-saving urban green space system evaluation. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The influencing factors of resources-saving urban green space system buildingThe influencing factors of building resources-saving urban green space system are land-saving, water-saving, energy-saving, material-saving, earthworks-saving, human-saving, capital-saving, etc.(2)The evaluation index system of resources-saving urban green space systemAfter having a more comprehensive understanding in influencing factors of building the resources-saving urban green space system, combinating with qualitative and quantitative indicators, to put forward the more targeted evaluation index system of resources-saving urban green space. The system is divided into three levels are that target layer, the factor layers and index layers. The target layer is resources-saving urban green space system evaluation index system; The factor layers include land-saving, energy-saving, water-saving, material-saving, earthworks-saving, human-saving, capital-saving, each factor layer contains several indexes as the index layer.There are twenty-two indexes form the evaluation index system.(3) The applications of resources-saving urban green space system evaluation index systemTake the Baise city urban green space system planning as an example, the grade-saving of urban green space system in Baise city is class IV (worse),the save less effective is worse.On the basis to plan the the urban green space system. The indexes of larger valuation and greater impact to total target shuld be focused on planning, and then intensive using of the resources of green space such as the public park, nursery, green buffer, and attached green space, planning from land-saving, energy-saving, water-saving, material-saving, earthworks-saving, human-saving, capital-saving and other aspects in order to improve the service efficiency in resources and energy, and guide the resources-saving urban green space system to the direction of resources-saving developing.
