With its comprehensive advantages such as the high speed, large transport capacity, low energy consumption,light pollution, less occupation of the land, high safety and comfort performance, the high-speed railway has been developed rapidly all over the world. China has improved the train speed greatly by following and studying the technology of high-speed railway abroad, positive planning high-speed railway, building new fast passenger traffic special line and strengthening technological alteration forces between trains and tracks, the safety and comfort of the running train, the reliability of tracks and bridges are even more conspicuous and these problems still lack enough theoretical research and engineering practice in China. Therefore, the study on the dynamic interaction between trains, tracks and bridges under the fast and high-speed running train is one of the basic research subjects to meet the need of achieving great-leap-forward development of railway in China.In this dissertation, wind, vehicle and bridge are regarded as an interactional coupling vibration system. In this analysis model of the system, many factors are considered in detail, such as the fluid-solid coupling interaction between vehicle and bridge, the stochastic wind load of vehicle, the time variation characteristic of the system induced by train movement.Firstly, according to the process of wind loads to the bridges, establishing a model with wind flied. Combination of turbulent wind characteristics, get a simple model. According to the characteristics of wind observation record, proved it’s feasibility. And considering the correlation characteristics of natual wind, a practical method is introduced to simplify stochastic wind velocity field of bridge for taking pylon wind field effect into account, time-domain expression of static wind load, buffering load and seif-excited load for bridge and vehicle are introduced. Combined with specific examples to verify the correctness of calculation.Secondly, according to the subsystem of vehicles and bridges, developing the method to cumulate the geometric relationship and interaction force between wheel and rail. Based the geometric and mechanical coupling relation between vehicle and bridge, movement equation of wind-vehicle-bridge system is established. and get the approximate solution of the equations of motion.Finally, considering the specific projects, a simplified finite element model is created. comparing the Vibration characteristic of wind-vehicle-bridge system, the wind field,the speed of wind and vehicle, and the loads, getting the time curve of displacement, speed and acceleration of the bridge with different loads and train speeds, and at the same time, getting the lateral horizontal force, the shedding rate of wheel weight and the derailment coefficient. And than verify the correctness of theoretical analysis, and get some general conclusions with reference.It is showed in wind-vehicle-bridge system vibration analysis that cross wind action can remarkably increase the response of bridge and vehicle. The response of bridge and vehicle are increased with wind speed and train speed.
