| While large span steel trusses are constructing and installing the load of huge structural units are very deferent from the finished situation of installation.(especially when the weight of unit exceed45t and the length of structural unit exceed30m).Moreover, the process of load is various consecutively meanwhile structural elements produce large rigid body displacements and deformation of different degree. This paper based on the structural engineering of gymnasium roof of Lanzhou University and the domestic and foreign researches analyzed the mechanical properties of installing stage of spatial structure.(1) Described the mechanics theory of span steel truss construction mechanics theory, analyzed the basic principles of cell death process technology for construction simulating, and summarized the construction programs of current span steel truss projects.(2) By using finite element software this paper constructed some calculated modes of gymnasium roof structure of Lanzhou University, then analyzed the features of stress and displacement when the structures were enforced constant load or various load under different installation stages.(3) This paper simulated the effect of installed order on structural load and the effect of uninstalled order on structural load by finite element methods.(4) This paper elected a safe and reliable way of installation according to the properties of structure, the condition of site and the abilities of installation then preceded a dynamic analysis in order to ensure the strength, deformation and stability of components content relevant norms and demands. |
