In recent years, the lithium-ion battery and supercapacitor hasbecome an indispensable part of a new era of rapid economicdevelopment and sustainable development, many scholars andresearchers are committed to the development of cathodematerials and anode materials. This subject use only one synthetic approach to successfully preparethe carbon precurs or PANI which the morphologies can becontrolled.Only water, monomer, oxidant, three things on the synthesis ofcontrolled size nanofiber/nanotube samples.PANI nanofibers/nanotubesin different length from800nm to longer than5μm were prepared bychanges of the amouts about monomer and APS,and the diameters arefrom120nm to180nm.We gain the micromats in the Similarly, We useonly water, monomer and ammonium persulfate oxidant tosynthesize themicromats and spheres assembled by micromats. The dispersionconcentration of aniline and the proportion of oxidant to monomer arehigher than former, with the reaction time, the sample complete thetransition from one micromat to attend the assembled spherical samples with diameter of4-6μm.When the water changed by ammonia water, thesurface smooth spheres were prepared successfully.PANI samples with different morphologies were pre-oxided andcarbonized at four temperatures. The materials are used in lithium-ionbattery and supercapacitor as the electrode. The sample PANInanofibers/nanotubes carbonized at700°C in a lithium-ion battery, at alow current density the first capacity is1143mAh/g,620mAh/g thesecond time and515mAh/g after50times.As a supercapacitorelectrode, sample at700°C has183F/g at0.1A/g density with100timesand150F/g at2.0A/g.Some measurements are used at the samples, comparations ofchemicalelectronic and other properties are showed,so we can find somefactors which affect the specific capacity of the materials.
