In view of the current high voltage motor control system of excessive energy consumption, speed and poor performance and the related problems, this paper presents a method based on high voltage inverter motor speed regulation scheme. Governor with the traditional methods, high voltage frequency conversion speed regulation can be energy-saving, but also can improve the operating performance of the motor, with the development of power electronics and power electronic devices based on innovation, high voltage frequency converter of high power motor drive system has gradually become a high voltage motor speed control is preferred. This paper takes Huainan Shun mountain cement limited company improved6KV high voltage inverter fan speed control system as the research object, the H bridge cascaded high voltage inverter is introduced into the cement production line.This paper first introduces the current of high voltage inverter in the some typical topologies, including high voltage current source converter, high voltage multilevel inverter, cascade high voltage inverter based on H, combine high voltage inverter fan speed control system based on the actual condition, choose H bridge cascaded high voltage inverter control system composed of; next to the H bridge cascaded inverters the research object to establish vector control system, establish high voltage motor model, and uses the improved flux observation model, optimization of PWM vector control algorithm of the motor flux and speed were calculated directly; again on the frequency control system control scheme was verified by simulation, on the basis of designing the control system hardware circuit, including a power unit isolation transformer module, DSP module, main control module, PLC control module, compile and debug the system control software, observing the output waveform; finally using the measured data to verify the control system energy saving and feasibility.In conclusion, based on the high voltage inverter in fan speed control system, greatly saves the electricity consumption, improves motor performance, good economic benefits, to a large extent with considerable extension value.
