Abstract/Summary:
As the development of our economy, electric power equipment has been used in various fields widely, brings great convenience to social production and to the lives of the people. At present, the increased diversity of distribution network lines, the complexities of electrical devices’quality, especially the connection of non-linear high-power electrical devices, can easily lead to aging cables, and cause fire and other serious disasters. Unstable voltage of the electric distribution network is one of the serious interferences to the normal operation of precision industrial power distribution device, inducing substantial economic losses. In such a case, in order to reduce the economic losses brought about by the power grid, the electricity sector needs a reliable power network intelligent monitoring system to regulate low-voltage distribution networks.An intelligent system for grid on-line monitoring is proposed in this paper, by which the data of grid can be collected, transmitted automatically and analyzed comprehensively by communicating through certain network equipment. Carrier communication is applied to realize the automatic grid remote monitoring in residential area when gird being improved. Comparing with several kinds of communication which need either dedicated communication cable or wireless channel, carrier communication without of additional cable can make the system complexity reduced effectively and cost lowered. The grid information of residential area will be transmitted to central console by carrier communication and then uploaded from central console by GPRS data transmission in GSM network to monitor the grid on-line, which can save both resources and the cost.In terms of hardware, we have chosen the Sunplus SPCE061A single-chip as core of the monitoring system, in the micro controller, it integrates a10-bit A/D converter ADC, and its CPU core is the newest Sunplus μ’nSPTM16-bit microprocessor chip using a modular integrated structure, and which rounds μ;nSPTM. Surrounding the kernel,16-bit microprocessor chip integrates different size ROM, RAM and various rich-functional peripherals interface units, which adopt principle of successive approximation to achieve D/A conversion. The voltage is converted into standard voltage analog signals by a sensor, the analog signal input from LINE_IN channel I/OAO. Taking advantage of its functions can control the data of distribution network and process them quickly, then transmit to the data monitoring ultimately.
