| Electric power system ancillary service is an important measure to maintain the security and stability of power system, to confirm power supply, as well as meet the requirements of voltage and frequency quality. Accompanied with power system reform and power marketability advancement of our country, more and more attention has been paid to the affairs related to ancillary services. According to the wind power accessed to the grid, the paper analyzes its influence on reserve, AGC and reactive services. In this thesis, the paper research some issues related to the management and compensation mechanism of ancillary services.Firstly, the paper analyzes the impact of wind power accessed to the system. Based on output curves of wind power, it calculate the increasing capacity of reserve and AGC services by the method of rolling average method, as well as the influence of reactive power service. Secondly, in order to reduce the reserve spending of wind power plant, the paper considers interruptible load into compensation mechanism of reserve service, and develop the solution of joint bidding between the interruptible loads and reserve power plant. This solution reduces the expense of wind power farms on the reserve services effectively. And then, on base of the influence on the AGC service of wind power, a series of compensation mechanism of AGC service has been established, including trading model, cost of clearing and evaluation, etc. AHP method has been used to calculate to comprehensive assessment value of AGC units, and then sorted the generator unit according to determine initially the scope of successful bidding unit, which greatly reduce the cost of AGC services of wind power farms. Afterwards, the paper analyzes the reactive power compensation mechanism of various regions, and finally it proposes the proper mechanism with the wind power.In this thesis, Considering wind power accessed to the system,the existing compensation mechanisms are analyzed and improved and the next step of establishing a set of this mechanism is studied. The research has a great theoretical and practical value for the development of ancillary services compensation mechanism. |
