Design Research For Villa Garden Landscape

As the society is advancing and times are changing, people’s living level and ideological level are constantly rising. So it is easily to have their own villas and small gardens, no longer is unreachable dream, and it is gradually walking into many people’s lives. However, in the early days, the owners who have a private villa, which was given more attention on the interior decoration and finishing, but, to their own small garden, they often neglect it, and it become unused, or, it will be used as a place for sundry; For most of the owner, although they want have a beautiful outdoor environment very much, but usually, they don’t know how to deal with it. Therefore, to design a small garden with the indoor decoration, and become a perfect outdoor space, which has huge consumer market potential.On the design of the landscape garden, because of the different fond of everybody, also the aesthetics is not the same, so, for a garden’s appreciation or design, all have the very high subjectivity, and different observers will come to different evaluation. And garden has its own personality, it can show master disposition, so we should design the garden after fully understanding of the thought of the owner.This paper expounds the villa landscape development history in China and Western Country, and analyzes the background of the development&style type&the main design of it. And in combination with the villa landscape design of the basic theory and basic principle, and discussed the design method of few big design elements of the landscape design of villa in the paper, such as roads, water, landscape sketch, plant configuration, lighting systems, and by using the typical case to discusses, at last, analyzed a villa landscape design case. This can look forward for the villa garden landscape design after which pushed forward, with practical gradual method to provide people with a beautiful and comfortable residential environment.
