| The service level of park green space and the construction of green space is an important indicator of the the public living environment leve, the accessibility of park green space is the important content of the service level in the study of Park Green space. The platch composition, spatial configuration and matrix characteristics in the study of green space landscape is befitial to the biodiversity protection, the management of urban green space ecosystem and the sustainable development of landscape. According to the research of the accessibility of urban parks, we can determine the service coverage of urban parks green space, and grasp the ability to provide services of theurban parks green space. The economic of Dongsheng City Area develop rapidly, construction of urban green space was valued, process of urbanization is rapid. That result in the dramatic changes of the urban landscape pattern. So, it has important research significance.Based on the Dongsheng Area as the research object, this paper used TM and Quickbird remote sensing data of1990,2000,2008,2009a and statistical yearbook in research area to analyze the green space landscape pattern changes in urbanization process at the base of the landscape index, GIS and Fragstats. And the cost-distance method was used to analyze the research of the accessibility of urban parks. The result showed:(1) From1991to2008, the green cover and green coverage had changed significantly in study area, and the overall trend was rising. The separation index, diversity index and evenness index in study area was increased year by year. It showed that the extent degree and fragmentation of the green landscape was increased,and each patch type was increasingly evenly distributed year by year. This paper considered that the factors of green space landscape pattern fragmentation to enhance of study area include the following:demographic development, economic development, urban construction, road traffic and national policy factors.(2) In2009the green cover was41.93km2and green coverage was29.01%in study area. In Dongsheng City Area green coverage was28.91%, in Kangbashi New Area green coverage was29.34%. The landscape diversity index, evenness increased and splitting index of Dongsheng City Area was lower than Kangbashi New Area. It showed that in Dongsheng City Area the distribution of urban green space landscape types was more balanced than in Kangbashi New Area. In Kangbashi New Area, it had a high degree of fragmentation; was more uniform distribution of various types of green space type; distribution was more dispersed geographically in area.(3) In this paper, according with the cost-distance method, the accessibility level of the study area was divided into Class I, Class II, class III and Class IV. The area of accessibility in Class I was33.08km2, and Dongsheng City Area was 23.94km2, Kangbashi New Area was9.13km2. In accordance with the level of the accessibility to determine the service level of park green space, the park green space level of service was divided into four grades. In Study Area, the ratio of the Clss1service area of park green space was23.42%, but the propotion of service population was45.47%. In Dongsheng City Area, the Clss1service area of park green space was23.94km2, the ratio of service area was21.80%, the propotion of service population had been less than50%, only reaching to42.75%. In Kangbashi New Area, the Clss1service area of park green space was9.13km2, the ratio of service area was24.71%. However, the propotion of service population had been more than50%, reaching to67.84%. In the urban edge of the study area, there were still large areas without the park green space,or the cost-distance of park green space was high, or the service of green space was poor.Through the analysis result of this paper, according to the lack of the urban green landscape pattern and the park green space accessibility, some suggestion was put forward. They was protection of urban green space landscape matrix, protection of biodiversity within small patches, increasing the number of plaques attached green space or live greenparks,and the improvement of the construction of parks and green. |
