Absorber is the key component of lithium bromide unit, the effect ofabsorber absorption impacts on the efficiency of the figuration unit.Concentrated lithium bromide solution absorbing the vapor of water vapor a heat andmass transfer process when absorber working. Many people studied absorb the heatand mass transfer characteristics, but the heat and mass transfer process is extremelycomplex in solution, so studies on the coupling mechanism of heat and masstransfer in the solution are rare. This subject do the heat and masstransfer experiments on the platform of The Detection and testing multifunctionaldevice for the performance of the heat and mass transfer of the refrigerant. Thisarticle study the mass transfer process of the the parameters ramp absorber whenchanging pressure, absorption area, solution flow rate and solution concentration.Calculating the absorptive of lithium bromide aqueous solution by measuring oflithium bromide absorption solution concentration changes, and Using the masstransfer mechanism analysis and explain that absorption rate changes with theexperimental parameters. The results show that changing the absorption pressure,absorption area, solution flow rate and solution concentration varying water vaporabsorption and absorption rate, which absorb pressure and the absorption areaof influence significantly.Adding nano-materials into the lithium bromide solution is a effective way toimprove the efficiency of lithium bromide absorption chillers. Preparation ofnano-LiBr solution requires ultrasonic vibration and other measures. If prepare a largenumber of nano-LiBr solution, It is time-consuming and the concentration is errorbigger because ultrasonic oscillator is not so big, so needed to preparing nano-LiBrsolution for many times. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents asimple preparation method of nano-lithium bromide solution, first prepared highconcentration nano-LiBr solution, then diluted to the original concentration solutionafter Ultrasonic vibration. This paper selected two certain concentration additivessolution, comparative study of the nano-LiBr solution directly prepared and indirectlyprepared by gravity sedimentation experiments and absorption spectra experimentsThe configuration is feasible through the study.
