Research On Strategy Of Urban Flooding And Waterlogging Issue

Nowadays, urban flooding issue continue to threaten urban’s safety and become moreand more frequent in recent years, which causing huge losses of economic and social.However, because of the complexity of urban flooding, the issue is too difficult to sort outwith limitations of the traditional drainage system.In this paper, it main have three improtant parts, analysis of causes of urban flooding,build a new integrated control system and discuss of implementation modalities of the system.The paper trying to make a comprehensive analysis and discussion of China’s urban floodingproblems. And give some useful guidance to engineering and government.According the analysis of survey of exsiting waterlogging site, urban flooding hasmainly divided into two causes, natural causes and human causes. For complex human causes,not only lack new technology of traditional drainage system, but also lack of new concept andpolicy support, slow development of basic research and so on. Based on the causes analysis, anew integrated control system for urban flooding has been proposed which contain newconcept, policy support, engineering and etc,. Finally, a implement specific strategies hasbeen proposed for both existing/new development area.
