Steel beam bridge in the process of launching, steel main beam’s cross-section of internal forces and displacements change cyclically. Each pier (including temporary pier, main pier, launching platform support) may alternate gap phenomenon. According to the steel beam launching force characteristics and beam splicing engineering practice, as an engineering background, the incremental launching of the6×90meters steel beam of Hankou side in WuHan Erqi Yangtze River bridge, program steel beam launching simulation optimization and splicing shape calculation procedure. On that basis,analyse the local parameters simulation of launching nose under most unfavorable conditions,and analyse the whole parameters simulation of temporary pier under most unfavorable conditions. This thesis studies mainly including:(1) In accordance with the actual needs of launching construction of steel girder bridge, with EXCEL, APDL language and C language compiled simulation optimization can be fast, accurate simulation of the steel beam launching construction and splicing of shape calculation procedure, and by select the representative of the theoretical value of the test value of the paper relies on real bridges were analyzed to verify the reliability of the process;(2) In view of the guide beam in the process of launching force variability and local stress problems, the most unfavorable conditions the guide beam, with EXCEL, CAD and other aids, the use of APDL language to the preparation of a parameterized command stream analysis of the local simulation parameters;(3) In consideration of the uneven distribution of temporary pier reaction force, on the basis of the overall simulation, select the most adverse conditions of the temporary pier, a trapezoid pressure load to the stress analysis. According to the simulation values, the four kinds of improvement measures, and measures the effects of a number of parameters, to provide a reference for similar bridge design of the temporary pier.
