Steel Corrugated Plate Bridge Structure Numerical Analysis

Flexible corrugated steel structures with high strength and relatively low cost, durability,and fast construction. In foreign countries has been more widely used and research. i In China,as the industry standard, the corrugated steel bridge culvert structure has gradually beenrecognized and applied in traffic industry, but at present domestic research in this field mainlyfocus on the smaller span circular culvert, and to better reflect the steel corrugated boardstructure advantage of medium and small span corrugated steel plate bridge structure researchnot perfect.This paper presents the geometric characteristics of corrugated steel plate steelcorrugated plate cross section coefficient calculating method, and translates them into planeanalysis model. In considering the backfill soil contact nonlinear, steel case, using thestructural analysis software Ansys analysis of corrugated steel plate bridge structure stresscharacteristics.The analysis and research of corrugated steel plate bridge under dead load, live load andunder the combined action of the corrugated steel plate beam displacement and internal forcecharacteristics, has been the most unfavorable dead load, live load under the combined actionof vertical displacement and internal force of the maximum and its location, and analysis ofthe most unfavorable load steel-soil contact surface stress strain. On this basis, respectively,the research and analysis of the back filling soil compression modulus, cohesion, internalfriction angle of the corrugated steel plate internal forces and deformation effects, and thecorrugated steel plate bridge structure stress of some features and characteristics werediscussed.Based on the corrugated steel plate bridge structure stress analysis, summarized theoverseas corrugated steel plate bridge design theory, methods and put forward a proposal, aswell as the corrugated steel plate structure of general construction method and mattersneeding attention. The research results of this paper can provide our country corrugated steelplate bridge structure design, construction provides the basis.
