The bringing of the modem electronic technology and manipulative technology intotraditional scopes of electric power and the using semiconductor of electric switch andmicroprocessor to achieve electric power’s transform and control, that is the PowerElectronics．It is the rising intersecting subject that integrates the electronic technology,themanipulative technology and the electric power technology．The developments of electricpower have the great significance in the national economy．Firstly, the basic principle at semiconductor of electric switch achieves elected DC powerare analyzed．At the same time, the design’s principle of the DC/DC power supply areresearched，and show the entire design’s blue prints．Secondly, the correlative theories are researched in the design of the DC converter，theyare the key of the item’s achievement, including the correlative theories of BUCK DC/DCconveyor’s main electro circuit,the principles of numeral PID regulator and the produce andcontrol in the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM)．A DC converter is designed and developed onthe basis of the theories．In hardware’s design，it is researched that the DC/DC Converter whichis main electro circuit in the power supply the drives of electric switch which is accessorialelectro circuit in the power supply electric current and voltage’s amplifier, power supply in theDC/DC power supply, interface electro circuit’s design between the CMOS chip TMS320F2808,the electro circuit of the keystroke and the display,and analyze the electro circuit’s principle,explain the parts of an apparatus, show the circuit diagram．In software’s design,it is researched that the main program in the DC/DC power supply,calculation program, the program of voltage’s rise and decline, the program of division，theprogram of A/D interface，the program of hex’s conversion and the program of data’s display．Inthis paper, brief analyses of the program’s principle, explication of the program’s meaning, andshowing the program’s flow chart are done．the research is summarized in the end of this paper and further work is pointed．...
