Testing System Research Of Close-loop Control Pump Based On LabVIEW

The hydraulic pump is the power of the whole hydraulic system and its performance hasgreat impact on the system. To monitor and test its characteristic parameters,it is necessary tobuild a convenient,efficient and accurate testing system. With the rapid development of computer,microelectronics, sensors and so on, introducing the concept of virtual instrument and dataacquisition devices could offer an efficient, accurate, and economic testing method. This paperbuilt a such testing system for the closed-loop controlling pump based on LabVIEW.This paper had firstly briefly introduced the hydraulic testing system and made acomparison between the foreign researches and domestic ones. Combined with advantages ofvirtual instrument and took the experimental conditions into accounts, this paper regarded theLabVIEW as the compiling software,and the A10VSO45pump as the controlling object,to builda testing system for closed-loop controlling pump.After representing the systematic structure and its characters, this paper established thetesting system structure which ascertained the testing programs and the whole system chart andconfigured the external hardwares according to the testing requirements.In the part of compling of testing software, it provided the software requirements andmodeling alike software integral structure. Then designed the main testing front panel, and byusing the example of flow controlling characteristic of steady controlling characteristics, itillustrated how to create the controlling triangle waveform, the data acquisition, the synchronismof analog input and output, the whole structure of the program, the data process, the save oftesting chart and data and so on, as well as the step response program of the pump. It alsoprogrammed the frequency characteristic testing software for the proportional valve of the pump,and presented the building the software structure, the output of sweep signal, the synchronism ofstimulus signal and response signal, the plot of amplitude-frequency phase characteristic, thesave of testing chart and data and so on. In the end of this paper, it also presented how to build aexecutable file.This paper regarded the A10VSO45pump as the controlling object, programmed a softwareto test the steady and dynamic characteristics based on LabVIEW. The testing results showedthat the testing program could provide nice testing interface and operate, and could achieve hightesting accuracy and economical efficiency.
