With oil the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution aggravate, diesel engine with its high thermal efficiency, good economic performance advantages, have been widely used in many industries. Because the diesel engine with different working mechanism of gasoline engine, diesel engine emissions of particles (PM) is higher than that of gasoline engine to hundreds of times, therefore, to reduce particulate emissions have been improved diesel engine combustion performance of the core problem. Injector nozzle diesel engine fuel injection system as the core of precision coupling, its quality directly affect the fuel injection system of the injection characteristics of diesel engine, thus affecting the economy and emission performance, therefore, nozzle structure and parameter has also become a hot issue in recent years.This paper through the nozzle performance is reviewed briefly, introduces the injector of diesel fuel consumption and emission of the key structure and basic parameters, and the node and the injector nozzle research situation, decided " to reduce the volume of the pressure chamber nozzle" as a subject study on design improvement target. This paper discusses in detail the nozzle pressure chamber structure and composition of the basic elements of a pressure chamber, a pressure chamber volume on diesel engine performance influence mechanism, combined with the volume of the pressure chamber size influence factors, are given to decrease the volume of the pressure chamber of the injector nozzle design; and the improved needle head and a needle body cavity the size and structure of the implementation process, according to the volume of the pressure chamber formula, calculated the improved design nozzle pressure chamber volume decreases the value. In addition, this paper also for the improved nozzle performance were compared by sex machine pilot study, through the data and graph, comparative analysis of the improved nozzle under different conditions of waste emissions and fuel consumption. Based on the test analysis, that in the same condition, without pressure chamber nozzle is smaller than the pressure chamber injector in waste emissions and fuel consumption is improved somewhat, basically achieve the expected design target.
