Prestressed steel reinforced concrete beam is a new type of prestressed steel-concrete composite member,following up after the development of prestressed reinforced concrete beam.It is composed of the steel outsourcing concrete and prestressed beams,utilizing the rebound deformation,when the prestress beams release the prestressing force,to exert the prestress to the concrete and section steel,making the steel and concrete get the best stress state.With the development of longspan prestressed steel reinforced concrete structure,its application in large bay,large column grid and multi-functional direction is more and more widely.Thus it is very necessary to study the construction control and simulation of the key technical links in the process of the construction,and has a higher practical value in Engineering.This thesis is based on a case study regarding longspan prestressed steel reinforced concrete beam from Changsha City Hall project,the main contents are list in the following:According to the project background selected by this paper, the details points in the construction process of longspan prestressed steel reinforced concrete beam are summarized,which include the hoisting of pillars,the hoisting of beams,the cast-in-place concrete,the methods and attention points of tensioning prestressed,providing the guidance bases for the future construction cases.According to the engineering background of the research in this paper, dividing the construction of prestressed steel reinforced concrete into13construction stages,adopting Midas civil software,using the unit birth and death technique to make a simulation analysis of construction process on the13stages of the structure. Prestressed steel reinforced concrete beams of the construction process of the simulation and analysis in detail.With a careful analysis of the the deformation and strain condition at all stages in the construction process of structural model,to study its development and changes rules,providing recommendations for the problems and methods existing in the actual construction. Study on effect of the construction process on mechanical properties of prestressed steel reinforced concrete beams:some of the construction method and order of the original model are changed, and reestablish several new models. Through analying the deformation and strain effect on the beams generated by four construction processes, which are the simultaneous construction of two steel girders, a division of the prestressed into two sets, four batch of tensioning and the change of floor cast-in-place order, to make a rationality comparative analysis to the construction process of prestressed steel reinforced concrete beams,providing reference suggestions to the actual construction.Making the use of the monitoring data of prestressed steel reinforced concrete beam and the theoretical data of construction process simulation to compare and analyze,pointing out the rationality of the monitoring scheme,and according to the results,to advance a more perfect, more scientific monitoring and construction scheme.
